3. THE SUBJECT OF THE CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
Within the framework of this Agreement and this Personal Data Processing Policy, the Operator may receive the following information:

The Operator may use the User's personal data for the following purposes.

· Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests related to the provision of services, and processing User requests.
· Notification of the User by e-mail.
· Carrying out advertising activities with the consent of the User.
The Operator has the right to verify the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.

4. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION
The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without time limit by legal means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools and without the use of such.
The User agrees that the Operator has the right to transfer personal data to third parties solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's request issued on the Operator's website.

5. TERMS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The User has the right to make changes to the personal data provided to them, issue a request for their deletion/destruction/blocking, as well as withdraw their consent to their processing by sending a request to the Operator at: info@butchersteak.ru
The Operator undertakes not to transfer the information received from the User to third parties, except in cases provided for by FZ-152 and the terms of this Agreement.
When processing the User's personal data, the Operator is guided by the provisions of Federal Law 152 and by-laws adopted in accordance with it, and also takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access to them, as well as from other illegal actions. The Operator is not responsible for the transfer of information by the User through unsecured communication channels and in other cases beyond the reasonable control of the Operator.
The user is obliged to ensure the completeness, accuracy and reliability of the information provided by him, as well as to take measures to ensure that when providing information, the current legislation, the legitimate rights and interests of third parties are not violated.
The User agrees to receive informational, news and advertising messages, newsletters and other related information from the Operator in any form. In this case, the User has the right to refuse to receive the specified information by sending an appropriate request to the Operator.
The collection and storage of personal data provided by the User is carried out exclusively in electronic form (unless otherwise required in accordance with applicable law).
The fact of using the site (in any form, including those mentioned above) The User expresses his consent to this Agreement and all its terms, and the very implementation of such actions by the User is recognized by both parties as conclusive actions aimed at the conclusion of this Agreement by the User and acceptance of its terms, and is considered compliance with the written form of the Agreement (clause 3 of Article 434 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
