Rules for using the discount card

DISCOUNT CARD USAGE RULES
DISCOUNT PROGRAM OF THE BUTCHER STEAKHOUSE and the MAREA restaurant

1. Obtaining a discount card of the Discount program of the Butcher steakhouse (hereinafter referred to as the Discount Card).

1.1. A discount card is an original plastic card with a unique number and a magnetic stripe, granting the Owner the right to receive discounts on goods/services of the discount program Participants.

1.2. Discount card holders can be individuals and legal entities. An individual/legal entity wishing to receive a Discount Card must fill out a Questionnaire for the discount card holder (hereinafter referred to as the Questionnaire). From the moment of receipt of the Discount Card, this individual or legal entity will be subject to these Rules with all changes periodically made to them. The restoration of the Discount card is possible only if the sections "Surname", "First name", "Patronymic", "Phone number" and "Email" were previously filled out in the Questionnaire. This is necessary for verification (a procedure that results in the creation of a logical link between the Owner's Discount Card and his phone number in the information system of the Discount program of the Butcher steakhouse).

1.3. After filling out the Questionnaire, a Discount card with a unique number is issued to an individual/legal entity.

1.4. The number of discount cards that one person can receive is limited to one.

1.5. The discount card is activated at the moment of its receipt.

1.6. The validity period of the Discount card is 5 years, with the possibility of prolongation.

1.7. The Discount card is the property of the Seller. When transferring the card to the Buyer, there is no transfer of ownership of the card.

2. The rules for granting discounts.

2.1. Discounts are provided when the Owner of the discount card pays for goods/services in Butcher steakhouses and MAREA restaurants.

2.2. In order to receive a discount, the Owner of the discount card must notify the employee(s) of the Participant of the discount program before paying for the product/service that the purchase of the product / receipt of the service) is made within the framework of the Discount Program of the Butcher steakhouse by presenting a Discount card.

2.3.The initial discount is 5%. The discount card is cumulative.

From 20 visits – 15%

2.4. Restrictions on the provision of discounts.

2.4.1. Discounts provided as part of the Discount Program of Butcher Steakhouse cannot be combined with other discounts. Simultaneous participation in the Discount Program and other loyalty programs is not allowed, namely: when providing discounts under the Discount Program of Butcher steakhouse, no simultaneous provision of discounts, accrual of bonuses or receipt of any other privileges under any other loyalty programs is performed.

2.4.2. Discounts provided within the framework of the Discount Program of the Butcher steakhouse do not apply to special offers and promotions of the discount program Participants. At the same time, the Participant of the discount program undertakes to provide information at the same time indicating the conditions of the special offer that discounts are not provided within the framework of the specified offer within the framework of the Discount program of the Butcher steakhouse.

2.4.3. Discounts are not provided when purchasing and paying for Discount cards of Butcher steakhouse, gift certificates and other loyalty cards.

2.5. The organizer of the discount program may refuse to provide the Discount card Holder with a discount on goods/services in the following cases.

2.5.1. The discount card Holder did not present the Discount Card until the cost of the purchased product (service) was calculated.

2.5.2.If the bearer of the Discount Card is not the Owner of the discount card.

2.6. The organizer of the discount program has no right to refuse to provide a discount to the Owner of the discount card, except in cases specified in clauses 2.4., 2.5 of these Rules.

2.7. In case the Organizer of the discount program refuses to provide a discount to the Owner of the discount card, the Organizer of the discount program is obliged to give the Owner of the discount card a receipt (other payment document) indicating the cost of the product/service.

3. Other provisions.

3.1. In case of unjustified refusal of a discount program Participant to provide a discount, the Discount card Holder has the right to contact the Organizer of the discount program by e–mail at адресу:info@butchersteak.ru by providing the following documents (data).

3.1.1. Statement of the fact of refusal to provide a discount.

3.1.2. A valid Discount Card.

3.1.3. Confirmation of the fact of purchase of goods / receipt of services – invoice and/or cash receipt.

3.1.4. Written reasoned refusal of the discount program Participant to provide a discount.

3.2. The Discount program Organizer has the right to consider the application of the Discount Card Holder within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the application. In the event of an unjustified refusal by a restaurant Participating in the discount program to provide a discount to the Owner of the discount card, the Organizer of the discount program pays compensation to the Owner of the discount card in the amount of the amount of the non–provided discount within 5 (five) business days from the date of the decision on the application under consideration.

3.3. The discount program Organizer is not responsible for the actions of third parties (organizations) offering Discount card Holders their own discounts and/or privileges. If such organizations violate the conditions for providing Discount Card Holders with their own discounts and/or privileges, the Discount card Holder must contact these organizations directly.

3.4. In case of loss (damage) of the Discount Card, the Owner has the right to restore it only if he filled out the sections "Surname", "First name", "Patronymic", "Phone number" and "Email" in the Questionnaire. To restore the Discount Card, the Owner must contact the Organizer of the discount program with an application by sending an email to: info@butchersteak.ru . It will be reviewed within 15 (fifteen) calendar days.

3.5. All information related to the Discount Program of Butcher Steakhouse, including changes made to these Rules, will be communicated to Discount Card Holders by posting the current Rules on the website marea.restaurant in the section "Loyalty program/Discount program".

3.6. The owner of the discount card, by his will and in his interest, provides full and unconditional consent to the Organizer and organizations participating in the Discount Program of Butcher Steak House for processing (collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, modification), use, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking, destruction) of the personal data specified in the Questionnaire in connection with the conclusion and execution of the contract (registration of a Discount card and provision of a discount). The purpose of processing the personal data of the Discount Card Holder is the proper fulfillment of the obligations provided for in these Rules. Data processing method: mixed – containing elements of non-automated and automated processing, both with the transmission of the received information over the internal network and the Internet, and without it.The above consent is considered to have been received at the time of signing the Questionnaire. The validity period of the consent: within 5 (five) years, calculated from the date of signing the Questionnaire. The procedure for revoking consent: termination of the processing of personal data within 2 (two) business days from the date of submission by the subject of personal data to the Organizer of the discount program of the application for revocation of personal data.
